Returns are only accepted if the product is defective in any way (to which I will ask for photos). Return shipping fees are going to be of the buyer’s responsibility. According to the customer’s wishes, once the returned item has arrived, I provide them with either a refund (excl. shipping costs) or a brand new replacement of the product (given it is still available).
I will not be held responsible for any damage caused during transit.
However, if the damage is too much to possibly bear, please contact me directly at ( email@example.com ) and we can talk about it! (WARNING: if there are no photos provided, or you have thrown the product away, then there is sadly nothing I can do for you!)
